RiteCare provides a comfortable, clean and safe living environment for our individuals with services structured to maximize daily functioning capabilities and decision making.
COMMUNITY BASED ADULT GROUP HOMES
RiteCare Concept settings are located in neighborhoods with community activities to promote individuals safe exposure to the social environment and integration into the community. Individuals have the opportunity to visit the library, church, shopping centers, restaurants, community centers, gyms, movies etc.
Our individuals are afforded opportunities to participate in community activities that are based on their personal interests and preferences
BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT
At RiteCare, we provide client-focused, person-centered comprehensive behavioral consultation services to our individuals.
Our behavior support plans are consistent with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and are personalized to fit the needs of each individual.
Our Trained professionals provide positive behavior support and crisis stabilization programs that are designed to help individuals achieve behavior stability and work through difficulties
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
RiteCare ensures that all persons who receive services, receive medication in the safest possible manner.
Our Direct Support staff are trained and certified to administer daily medication to individuals. They also monitor individuals and report any changes.
